KXTDA-30 New Install

Hi, Installing 2 x TDA30 one on a main site with 3 analogue lines and 1 on a remote site connected Via Wireless Bridge, this site has 1 fax line for seperate fax machine and no analogue phone lines. Bridge is set up and working, we can talk to each site no probs. Problem is with remote site getting analogue line to dial out, we can dial out from main site and transfer call no problem to the remote site but can not pick up analogue line from remote site. The configuration is a KXTDA-30 with a IP-GW4 card at the remote site and a KXTDA-30 with IP-GW4, SVM-2, MSG-2, LCOT-4 and a DLC-8. The other issue is that the MSG card does not appear in the list if we try to upload a msg file to it via the PC nor can we add OGM's?

Hope someone can help!

Thanks
Winston

Hi, No just in the TDA30 at the main site where the analogue incoming lines are. We were not worried about voicemail at the remote site.

Thanks

sounds like a bad ogm card if the system doesn't see it

finally got the dialing out from the remote site to work, had to go back to using the pbx code method. both the svm2 & msg2 cards test without problems and are shown in the correct slots, under the maintenance console the utility->message file transfer to pbx shows no available message cards??
