Remote extension - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

Our company is now wanting to have some sort of remote extension for one of our employees. We're using a 1232 system and I'm wondering if any of you know of some remote devices that are compatible with our system. What we really would like to be able to do is transfer calls to the remote location. It would be a nice bonus for the extension to be able to receive incoming calls and transfer them back but it's not a must. I've seen one remote extension setup that would do both but it would cost us $1000 to setup just one extension. Are there any better alternatives?
