Location: Machester Rep Power: 0  Gender:  Country:  | Panastat Platinum Hello all I was just wondering if anyone on the forum has used the panastat platinum software before? if so what did they think of it? My company wants to have real time call centre stats and this seems like a pretty good solution but i'm struggling to track some trial software down, so if anyones had any good/bad experiences with it i'd appreciate your views. Location: New England Rep Power: 7 Gender: Country:  |  try you should be able to try before you buy have you called them? i know that is euro software .but it may be just like panalog in the states and they gave me a working evaluation software with a disk dongle and even gave me a db-9 to rj 45 and a db 25 to rj 45 pinned for panasonic for running the software in a remote area. By the way the panastat software was also a product made by commsoft. I saw a presentation of it at the launch of the kxtde and was impressed. look at CommSoft (Europe) Ltd. | ||||||||

Location: York Rep Power: 6 Gender: Country: | I've never installed Comms Office myself but have had it demonstrated to me by Commsoft and it's very, very good software. You can purchase the software through standard UK distributors (e.g Rocom) and you can even speak to Commsoft directly if you want to. I think the main sales person at Commsoft is Bonnie Church - she really knows her stuff. Contact details are on their website. Commsoft will also install (and maintain if you wish) on your behalf. I've just had them install Comms Office on 2x IP networked KXTDA's and they did a superb job - even assisted the IT Technician on site with some policy mangement that was causing a problem with the software being installed on a server. | ||||||||
