Location: Singapore Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Tda200 I just join the company and we have TDA200 install. One of the request is to re-assign the extension that ring f the operator is not answer the call. I mean, extension 101 default will be ringing, after a few ring, if operator didn't pick up the call, extension 106 will ring. Now I want to change the second ring extension 106 to 110, how do I do this? I check the users manual and can't find the answer. Is this function call "Delay Ring"??

All you have to do then is find it in the group and in delay ring put that position to whatever delay you want
