Is it on to the message card you are trying to put it on.
you can transfer a file to message card through the program tool
Utility>message file transfer pd to pbx
The card opb must be out of service to send files to. the system will rename the file to the area selected i.e ogm 1 etc.

Or do you have a external IVR system you want to change the recordings. Maybe in the USA there in a built-in IVR but we don't have one here. I would love to know if it is available and how good is it.

well, I am not pretty sure if this is IVR or DISA, but the senario is when someone calls from outside line he get into answer machine asking him to dial the extension.

I want to replace answer machine voice with audio file I have on my PC.

Regards

It sounds like the message card, look on the program tool> groups incoming calls> queuing table and see what ogms are used then use the message Utility>message file transfer pc to pbx

you may need "goldwave" to convert the mp3 file first

is "upload from pc to pbx" working also for TDA DISA cards? I knew it was ok (with a specific format) for the KX TVM (Euro), but I don't know the format for KX TDA DISA on OPB3 board.

Cool

all you can do is upload line level recording through moh jack or
import a disa ogm recording only there is no IVR capability in USA!!

I down loaded the files from a tda message card and could not get any software to open it.. I think it is only for backup through the tool. only way is through the moh port.
