I am in the philipines and I need help on changing TD500 to enbloc mode because i've installed a PRI30 card, and the problem was when trying to get a dial tone from ISDN, it gives 4secs. delay..i have the same installation of PRI30 in TDA series, i encountered the same problem but i just change the overlap mode to enbloc mode, and it gives dial tone coming from ISDN immediatlely..i've e-mail panasonic japan and it is said that to change the TD500 to enbloc mode, ASCII programming must be used in PC-programming software of TD500..i am using maintenance console version 2.5 for TD500..and i can't locate the ASCII programming mode in it..it is said that it is in the utility tab but i didn't see it..maybe it has something to do with older versions..anyone have an idea with this matter? pls. e-mail me olivernario@yahoo.com.ph thanks in advance!
