Hi,

I have Panasonic KX-TD1232. I would like to transfer the external incoming call to external party automatically. The purpose of this is that we are sure that incoming call is always pickup 24/7.

Any idea is really appreciated. Thanks

Goodboy

goodboy3007, Do you have ISDN or analouge lines, If analouge line, do you have cpc signal in cambodia.

The lines will have to be set to going dil 1:1 or did to one extension, (you could do this in night mode) then set fwd 71069 xxxxxx #
If you dont have isdn or cpc on the lines , dont use this option as it will hold all the lines open

If you have pots lines you better start looking for optional conference
chip they a few and far between now .if you are going to forward all calls after hours you are better off putting central office call forwarding on your lead number there is no line Db loss that way....centrex /custopac intelidial work nicely as well if you have a later model of tvs or new tva /tvp or new tvm either one will do a hook flash and a centrex transfer right off a custom dialing menu

Hi OBT,

Thank. My line are analogues and I guess we have cpc signal here. It works the way you suggest but the quality is poor. The caller can not hear the receiver clearly. It seem to be a problem with db loss as sncsnc has mentioned.

Yes that is a problem a lot of people have. like sncsnc said you could do company fwd, but I dont know about over there, but here if you have call hunting on your lines, eircom wont give you the fwd feature.

Gaffer There is is conference chip you can add to the system that boost's the dbs on both side of the conversation and they are still available here in the states but not sure it is compatable with the cambodian version
do a google or yahoo regret to say that I don't have a part number for you....

For P211 versions if CO line belongs to card KX-TD180 it is possible to wind parameters for [442] Voice Level (Transmit) and [443] Voice Level (Receive).
Though it is parameters for analog TIE lines, but they in some PBX software versions work and for analog CO lines 9-12.
