Any body with E&M experiance?
I have 2 1232 Units, The master has 1 E&M and 2 the 2nd also has an E&M. Since Monday the master E&M is working but the slave E&M is giving problems. ie CO 9-12 give dial tone but 21-24 after sizing th co tend to drop the line. interchanging the E&M cables show that all are working?
Any ideas

Where is the second E&M line going to, is it linking the same system as the master, if you swap the e&m modules on the system does the problem follow the cards,

Check the wink signal has not changed.
sounds line the link or router is down, if you loop one e&m card to the other crossing the pairs you should be able to self test the cards locally

All 8 E&M ie 4 e&M of each card are connected to a mux

Did you loop both e&m ports together did the circuits come up
