Location: Vaslui Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Please advice me to configure DISA on TDA 200. Reseller told me DISA card is enought for message answering on TDA200 but when I try Download/Upload message in Maintenance software I get - Message card not presennt Whatever I need to configure DISA to answer even without playing a message I try set Floating Extension 501 as operator but no result, after 3 rings call goes to operator 101 So please advice me with few steps for programing DISA in maintenance console Thank you advance | ||||||||

Location: Kilkenny Rep Power: 1 ![]() | First of al make sure the message card is in service. when you record a message in 501 you set the dial numbers is the disa table and you dil / ddi/did the lines to 501, if messaging only set table in groups in queuing table.
