Unhappy Get/Set Agent state

Hello All,

I am in the progress developing a simple CTI application by using VB6, my application communicates with KXTDA systems thru TSP driver.

How can I Get/Set Agent state ?

I had programmed KX-TDA to use the following button combinations:

*7361 for logon
*7360 for logoff

I also had programmed to use feature key for logon & logoff..

from my VB6 application, how do I get and set the agent state?

please help..

many thanks in advance

Regards
Winanjaya

the log in and out codes are *7661 and 7360 but you also need to enter group it is logging in to i.e 601 or * to log in to the groups it is a member of. a superviser can log in a member using the dss keys, but how to translate that for your vb6 software I dont know.
Maybe you can use the remote extension code *47 ext no. & password ( set in maintenance tool) then login code to control the extensions

Good luck with it
Ken

Yes,

you're right,

*7361 [groupcode] for logon (ie. *7361 601)
*7360 [groupcode] for logoff (ie. *7360 601)

but it seems like Panasonic TSP does not support lineGetAgentStatus or lineSetAgentStatus or any related agent features.. (pls correct me If I'm wrong)

any body has experience on this?

I need advise

thanks a lot in advance
