Hi All!

I have a TDA30 and have installed an SVM card and am not sure how to direct calls from ICD601 in night mode to the SVM?????

Have set up time service key on ext101 and set DIL night mode to floating ext591 but it still rings on ICD601????

any ideas out there?

IPM1,

You cant send a incoming call directly to svm unit,

if you want a call to go to a group mailbox at night you have to set up extension in portable stations i.e 200 and give it a extension pin number ( does not have a phone logged on to this number)

put this number in the first entry in group table and leave as immediate ring and set the group to overflow no answer after 10 seconds at night.

Now to put a message on the mailbox you remote in to the extension you set up by *47 ext no, pin, *381 record message and store.

Put a message waiting ext 200 button on the main phone or any phone you want.

Now when you put the system in to night it will put the call after 10 seconds to the extension 200 ( portable extension) mailbox

Remember you don't need a cell or a dect phone on the system, dont use the number if you have dect phones or it will not work
Make sure you deleate all the messages as if it fills up it will stop answering.
Leave the dil day and night to the group 601

Ken
