KX-TD1232 & KX-TVS200 Question

I am working on these systems, and what I am tring to do is set up two businesses. first five lines are one company, lines 6, 7 and 8 are the other companies. they would like to set up the voice mail with 2 different company, and custom greetings. what i've done so far is set up ports 7 and 8 to EXG 2 and the Extensions as well, But it is not working.
Anyone know how to make this work. I do have the programming tool.

how many ports do you have available on the 200? it will work if you have dil 1:1 or irna to voicemail set properly and have the voicemail split into two voice mail groups and you have different custom dialing menu's set up for each company special care must be set on port
service for vm group 2

Here's a huge hint. In 10.2 you have your list of trunks. The last column is VM Trunk Group number. Set 6-8 in VM TG 2. Now go into the TVA and set your PORT/TRUNK service to groups 1 for 1-5 and 2 for 6-8.

That should get you started in the ballpark.

System Manager configuration CD

Hi there, I am not into Phones or voice mail systems, I only have a friend who moved his business and he has this model KX-TVS200 and we want to set it up.
I went to Panasonic site and I only found the Manual for setting up "Subscriber Guide". But at the end of the manuel, it mentioned that I need the System Manager CD Software to connect with a PC through an RS232 cable to configure the system.
I have bunch of wires, I do not know if the cards are analog or digital ... I am getting myself into too much trouble trying to set this up or can you help me guys with your knowledge?

LOL well, sometimes ya just push an answer out and don't even read the question

This calls for splitting the VM ports and sending one group to one port and the other group to another? What a PITA with Panasonic, easy with 3rd party VM systems.

yep and you have to be carefull with how you fwd b/na your ext's so
you don't tie up a port that has been tasked for a special purpose.
