Rep Power: 0  Gender:  Country:  | Hi, I must be either missing something, or the programmator software is not working with my 816E. The suggestions did not help. Here is what I tried. 1) Reset the system to default 2) Changed the system date/time 3) set all extensions 201 to 216 to XDP, this has added extensions 301 to 316 4) Disconnected the programmator software, after saving to CCU then switched off/on the CCU 5) re-connected the software 6) went to extension 303 properties, set the DIL1:N to no ring for both day & night. 7) Saved the settings Still not working.
