KXTVM 200 Report query

Hello all

Does anyone know wether the "Caller hung up during greeting" field in the call handling statistics report generated from the KXTVM 200 unit, relates to calls hung up during CS menu prompts, or VM greetings. Or does it the generated statistic include both afformentioned scenarios?

I've spoke to Panasonic UK about this and they seem unsure.

Many thanks in advance.

Matt

Sorry i didn't explain the question very well looking back on it.

Are the hang ups just generated from callers who hang up during a mailbox VM greeting or is it both those and callers who hang up during a CS menu prompt?

I suppose what i'm asking is that are the statistics shown generated from more than 1 type of event.

a custom service prompt is not a greeting so although i didn't
design the voicemail i'dd have to say that it is hangups during
some thing that is classified as a greeting.you could dial in and hang up a few times during
a cdm prompt and see if it is logged then you'd know for sure.

Cheers for that mate, already tried dialling and hanging up but the volume of calls my company gets means its nigh impossible to trace, might pop in at the weekend and give that a whirl.

Thanks again
