Listen bud I dont know what your problem is maybe its because im Canadain I dont know.. I dont know where your getting your information from but its all incorrect Ill have you know both Canada and the US share simalar Standards for distribution of product and merchandise We are an authorized dealer and the only one in our area meaning those yo yos selling and shipping the KX-TDE systems are PANASONIC CANADA Factory direct no middle man its FACTORY DIRECT I signed up to give tips tricks and receive tips/tricks which I assume is the same reason every other member here is part of this forum I have the demo system setup running on the bench and as far as my findings have gone I have not be able to connect to the PBX from another location without the use of a VPN all I mearly was asking if any other members have found certain procedures to follow in order to achieve this. Not sure if you just hate Canadians or new members maybe? or is it the fact that the CDN$ is worht more at the present .. anyway thats beyond the point I meant no harm by posting on here all i wanted was I help you you help me isnt that why forums are in place?

Would Pana jerk your dealership if you send me a TDE Of course the small problem might be it would be like having moonshine. You got it but don't let anyone know you do. Inquiring minds want to know. i don't think you are feeling us here some of us have been doing panasonic since the late 80's and we can not even get our hands on the product in question and the fact that you have one on the bench have all the docs in front of you and the ability to get on the phone and speak to tech support is rubbing it in our faces and wasting our time so get with the program and when you find out that it does or doesn't work after hours/days weeks/ decades of r and d which is what a real engineer would do feel free to get back to the few of our non usa endusers/trunkslammers that have the product so they can sit on there cans for the answers that the rest of us read out of the books....... Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I feel your pain, trust me I do but Ive also worked directly for other manufactures I wont say who and we had customers call in all the time who were turned away for support/warranty due to the product being a gray market Item or non Canadian/non US item the technologies and features are all different from country to country in electronics weather it be PBX or Cars even These are the things you have to come to accept when buying from an ONLINE Store, or EBAY its not the Manufactures fault nor is it your fault its mearly the store front fault for making you aware you were purchasing a "grey market" item. As I used to tell customers in the past who tried to save a few dollars by shoping online... If they dont have a physical store front that you can physically walk into dont buy from them Believe me ive seen it all from japanese/etc manuals to photo copies to burned cds to missing items etc * If you do purchase a grey market and are seeking help You will more then likely be directed by Panasonic USA or(where ever it is you reside) to contact the Panasonic factory your product origanated from. Other wise it may be possible to have a Certified Inerconnect company come in and do the install/programming of your System. Im not saying yeah or neh by any means everyone in there life has at some point purchased a grey market item and has been shun by there Local Manufacturer, and in most case what is the reason we buy grey market well one- we unknowingly do so but two- we want to save money .. Rep Power: 0 ![]() | sip extensions you can use sip extensions with tde the easiest way of doing this is to have real static ip addresses for the mpr card and the dsp card (2 addresses) you register the sip extension with extension number, password and the ip address of the mpr card (as proxy, registrar server, domain) if your sip extension is behind a router (nat) you may need to use a stun server, as the tde is not supporting neither outbound proxy nor stun server itself - you can try to use one of the public sip servers like stun.xten.com:3478 - it will do the job it works fine also with x-lite if the pbx does not have public addresses (as recommended above) you should open in your firewall all the ports as described in the networking guide of tde success
