help for TDA200

Need your advice on how to program if possible:

Problem 1: calling the co, OGM 501 answer, then I press local 123, 123 rings no one available to answer, then it goes back to operator if no answer it hangup after 8 ring. My question is can I put a OGM before the operator automatically hangup ? (eg .. let say after 8 rings then a OGM telling "no one is available to answer your call, you can try calling later" )

Problem 2: From outside I try to call a local number that is not programed, it gives me a short busy tone around 5sec then it hangup my call. My question is how can I put a OGM telling " you have called an invalid extension number, please reenter the extension number or press 0 for operator's assistance" I already enable the Routing to Operator No Destination (Destination Not Programed)

Thank you very much
