Sir,

I am new to this forum and i want to know it is possible for panssonic KX-TD 1232 to create a short number e.g. 8 and we have define 6 extension i.e. 121,122,123,124,125 and 126. when we have press 8 than it will check above mention extensions. and ring which extension is free suppose if he check extension 121 is busy than it will ring 122 or if 122 is busy it will ring 123 mean to say it will dial one extension which is free if all six extensions are free than it will dial one one extension.

Yes and no. Short number(s) can be dialed, but you don't have any single digit numbers left in the box. The key is to put the extensions in a ring group and, by default, you have 3 digit access to them (191-194,291-294).
Then, either use those codes or assign a 2-digit number as a Quick Dial to the 3-digit ring group number.

I don't run service to India. If you look in the manual you ought to be albe to figure it out.

set up your hunt group and change the FAC to 8 for that group!

Will you please tell me how to define only ring one phone in hunting group if all extn. of hunting group are free.

define circular ringing for that group and lead ext will ring first
or set all phones in a ucd group . you really need to read the book
for definitions of each...
