how will i know who is using the active line - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

We are using kx-tda 100 pabx system with kx-t7655 and kxt7630 handsets. Is it possible to know which extension are using the active line?

not really but if there is one c.o. line lit and one dss key lit
you can pretty much bet that that ext is on that line when there
are loads of lines and dss lights its a guess whos doing what.

not sure but i think when using the software that comes with the usb port for handset it tells what ext are on outside lines.

I suggest you to try our Rander CTI software. Take a look at the screenshots randersoft.com/en/screens.shtml. You can see the Console on the third one. It displays all lines status. And you can see who is using the lines.

i tried but in status bar the pabx is not connected. how???? i already download the driver for usb
