Location: Olongapo Rep Power: 0 ![]() | kx-tda 100 delay answering we are using kx-tda 100. before the operator can answer the call she needs to wait for at least 5 seconds so the other line can hear her voice. there is at least 5 seconds delay before the operator can talk . we are using kxt7630 handset. and also we are using external auto attendant, its a EVM2006A-3E. I want to know how to lower the delay time before she can answer the call. the other line think that she is not answering the call because the other line hear only ringing but actually the operator is just waiting for the phone to finish the delay before she can talk. please help. thanks (i am from Philippines I already edited some of my information in my profile but the flag doesn't show) Last edited by arielj : 08-20-2007 at 03:05 AM. | ||||||||
