Restricted set kxtd1232 bypass

Greeting all,
I have an issue with kxtd1232 that restricted outgoing set are able to make calls in the following manner
-- When an incoming call drops the call, the extn can make an outgoing call by pressing the incoming CO line button whilst it is still lit(but the incoming call is dropped) and in this manner the set can make call to any number regardless of restriction setting.
If the set is idle the restriction works ok.

Any one experience this and if you have a solution....?

you may have to go to loop key instead of single co keys at
problem exts have you looked at smdr to see who is doing the abuse on the system? or are you just battle testing ???

thanks for your time

i tried loop key, but same condition. The situation is a working system and we did find the culprit and abuse has been curtailed but just want to overcome this loophole so it does not happen again if the word is spread amongst other users.

you may consider forced accouting if it becomes an issue
and also the td is now 2nd to the bottom shelf now you may consider upgrading .

by upgrading do you mean tda, if so it would seem that from what i have found out this is common on panasonic systems with analog lines. The user in particular with the issue has both analog and isdn and on isdn the problem disappear.
So i think this might duplicate also with tda and analog lines.

thanks again
