KXTDA200 Voicemail to e-mail
Hello all

My company has a KXTDA200 phone switch with a KXTVM50 voicemail service.

I've been trying to get the voicemail to e-mail service working to no avail, i've specified the email address for all the mailbox subscribers, specified the times the e-mails must be sent out, however whenever i enable e-mail integration in the system parameters follwed by inputting the admin e-mail address and SMTP server i.p it locks all users out of voicemail (they can ring the voicemail number but it just rings out.), the only thing that solves this is a reset of the KXTVM50.

We are waiting installation of a lan card and a voicemail lan card, would the installation of these two solve my issue?, as the way i percieve it the PBX cannot connect to the exchange server without having the voicemail LAN connection so it can integrate with our exchange server.

The KXTDA is currently laid out as follows:

Slot1: Empty
Slot2: IP-EXT16
Slot3: IP-EXT16
Slot4: IP-EXT16
Slot5: Empty
Slot6: SLC8
Slot7: Empty
Slot8: DLC8
Slot9: LCOT8
Slot10: DLC8
Slot11: PRI30

is there a data t1 st this location?
