CLID problems

Hi, i am new in PBX. Does anyone know how to capture PBX usage from computer ? How can i capture the usage using VB Code?

Not sure how you would do this on a panasonic - there should be a traffic port or print out port of some type.

If you're currently getting the data in raw format and would like to parse the info by VB for Application code - then I might be able to assist. I wrote an entire program in VBA that captures the hourly traffic report from the Meridian Family of switches and parses the data into tables in MS Access. Also - do a search on the board for "Script to replace Okidata" - I posted a Procomm Plus script a while back that captures and names each hours text file...
