Personal Greeting in TVM 50
Dear All
I am enjoying my life and hope same for all of you. I have installed KXTDA 100 PBX unit with TVM 50.
It is working perfectly in the custom service mode. In day mode it is working with customer service number 1 and CS 2 for night.
When any external call comes, through custom service 1, caller reaches desired extension. If this call is not answered personal greeting which caller has recorded it should come,but i am getting only the default message.
i hope you guys will help me sort it out.

I suspect the personal greetings are not recorded correctly. Access the mailboxes and check the greetings are there.

Also, ensure you record messages for the no answer, busy and night greetings

Yes. Do the procedure exactly from the beginning to the end (I have a similar problem) for recording personal greetings for all the greetings. Set a DID to this extension and check it if it is working!

Message are recorded Perfectly
Dear All
As you said i have check that messages are recorded in the apporiatae mailbox. I can listen these messages without any problem. Is there any additional setting is required for the same?I have keep all my unit to defaults setting except Tutorials under COS option and quick set for mail boxes. I hope you guys will help me to sort it out.

if your using the custom service to ring a group ie 601 be sure to fill in

1. on phone system fill in section mailbox number under group settings
2. on v/mail system fill in section extention owner in maibox settings
