Programming KX-TEM824

Hi,

I am new to PBX programming. I am using KX-TEM824 board.
I tried to receive data from board using a small C#.NET 2.0.

But its not reading any data.
Please tell is there any code to be passed to retrieve data.

I set the connection parameters as follow,
Baud Rate: 9600 bps
Word Length: 8 bits
Parity Bit: None
Stop Bit: 1 bit

Thnx in advance.

If you just connect TEM-824 with the PC it will automatically send data to your PC, you don't need to configure the switchboard, just make sure that you have the correct cable, and correct pin in the connector is conected.

Check the cable connection

Dear
I am 100% sure that is cabling fault. Please make the proper connection. Check the cable with multimeter before using it. Please make the following connection

PBX Side PC Side
2 3
3 2
4 6
5 5
6 4
7 8
8 7

It should work perfectly. Check all the setting like baud rate and other setting. it should be default.
Thanks
