Question KX-TES824 maintenance console/ Inc Call Log
1> I have a KX-TES824CE version and i am trying to programm it using a maintenance console (KX-TE Console_V2.000R1). the problem is that i cannot connect using my PC (either with USB or Serial cable an d an indication shows that there is wrong firmware.

2>My other question is that i have extension 101 programmed with a button to show missed calls, but after we made forward on busy 101 to other extension there is no indication of missed calls.

Can be, at installation KX-TE Console you have not specified a code of the country (CE)

Yes, maybe the firmware. I know PBX KX-TE prefix RU was with the firmware BX.
