hi I have a panasonic kxtea 308 in my office I also have broadband in the office and at home I would like an extension at home is this possible and what equippment do i need to get ?/

Quickest way would be with an FXO and FXS box. I can give you a place to start. I don't endorse or use their products, but I'm going to try them some day, based on price alone.
