The installation manual says "Never spill liquid of any kind on or in the product." (among other things!)

Oh, and it also says, "3-level Automated Attendant (AA) service allows a caller to dial a single-digit number (Direct Inward System Access [DISA] AA number) following the guidance of 3-level DISA outgoing messages (OGMs), and be connected to the desired party automatically."

And a very quick Google search for TEA308 TEB308 will find you a UK dealer site which publishes the manuals if you don't have them, or contact Panasonic UK (via the Contact Us link on their website) and they will give you the password to download them from their download site.

Who sold you a TEB-308? I'd report them, because the system is not available for sale in the US and your profile has a US flag.

In the US version of the TA-308 it has no cards, ever.

Already figured that .vn wasn't from this country. Also the part numbers and the use of the English language is a dead giveaway.

When somebody asks about the TA-308 that we have in the USA with a USA flag, it seems that the answer should be for the USA version

When they ask about the TEB-308 then they're in the wrong country.
