1) You've set the phone to COS 2 in all modes or could you have only set it in day mode but the system is in a different mode?

2) When storing the numbers to restrict, you do not need the '9' line access code. Just input numbers such as 01, 02, 09, etc. Also don't input any *'s as wildcard characters as you would on older Panasonic systems - the TEA308 does not really use wildcards - the * would be the same as if you actually were dialling a number with a * in it (same goes for #).

3) Assuming you are using COS 2, the numbers you are barring must be stored in entries 1 to 20 in programming step 302.

4) Make sure the number you are testing is not in the system speed dial directory as, in default, system speed-dials override call barring.

5) Try setting the phones to COS 5 but don't change any other programming.

6) Check that you have a UK system - look at the unit itself. The model number should finish with an E - e.g KX-TEA308E.

7) Check the firmware verison. I think this is step 998. The latest firmware is 2.0.2 and if you need this latest firmware, just post a message on here and I'll send it to you (its only 400Kb zipped).

That's about all I can think of! I support many different systems but have never spent much time on the 308 so I may be overlooking something obvious!
