Red face extension phone can make call but unable to recieve call. what's wrong?
Our office use KX TDN500. Recently our employees complain to me that their phone extension cannot recieve call, however they can make call. Phone itself is working good because they can output dialtone.

What is wrong? How to troubleshoot it?

make sure all trunks are working etc

Could have a do not disturb on the phone, a divert to some where else, I don't know if there is a reset code.
