What are you talking about in the second question? To work? The button is a fixed function. Unless, you're trying something stupid like grabbing an empty line and pressing the hold button.....it requires loop current to hold and the C.O. needs to not send a disconnect. Carl

Location: Dublin Rep Power: 2 ![]() | the only to place a call on hold apart from the normal hold button is while talking type 53 then the line no you want to place on hold so to place a call on line 1 on hold = 5301 if you had 6 spare buttons you could do a button for each line or better to just place 53 on a button then type the line no. press program press the spare button type 2 type 53 press store peter

Location: NW Ohio Rep Power: 4 ![]() | [quote=Cnavarro]Did you start with a manual? I realize that I've had 20 years of programming Panasonic systems, but 63 was the old number and 603 is the new number for programming names in a system. That's true in all KX-T systems. What are you talking about in the second question? To work? The button is a fixed function. Unless, you're trying something stupid like grabbing an empty line and pressing the hold button.....it requires loop current to hold and the C.O. needs to not send a disconnect. How very odd that you get so many different opinions about programming a TA-308. There's a reason. The US TA-308 was different from TA-308's in other countries Our TA used 604 to assign names and our 7330 phones looked different and was only available for a couple of years. In addition, the TA-308 only talked to 308xx phones. The 7300 series worked on TA-624 systems. I did a pharmacy with 7300 series phones for whatever reason I don't remember. When he needed more phones, the 7300's were gone. For Pana fun try http://www.ablecomm.info/outside.htm. It has some pics of the various Panasonic systems in different countries. Carl
