Send a message via ICQ to ShawnC
put ext 207 into ext group x in pgm 602 ( x= what ever is not being used as
an ext grp)
make ext grp x an vm hunt group in 106
add vm code to each ext in pgm 609 (try just the xxx first then #6xxx)
do an intercom 7103207 at each ext
take an ext off hook and ring it take a buttset and listen across 207
answer test call pretty sure you will get the follow on dtmf's you are looking
for!!

My condolences on the Programmator. Did it tell you that you need to program 117 or 119?

You set a EX Group for the VM ports and that's where 165 finds you. Since you forgot to mention whether you are using a Panasonic VM system and 207 is not a digital port, I'm guessing that you are putting the VM on a wrong pair, or you're trying to install an Analog VM and 117-119 don't mean a thing.

Voice mail is established via program 106 for VM or AA hunting type (we usually use EG8 as the VM port), and the Extension group is assigned in 602.

If you're interfacing a foreign VM to the sytsem, you may have to tweak the codes in 113 and 114.
