Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hello! every one I have a Panasonic KX-TD1232, TVS50 voice mail and 4 KX-T130 phones. I was able to program the KSU and the voice mail without much problems except that I can't transfer outside calls to an outside tel Number. When I received a call in CEO1, I place the caller in hold, then I press CEO3 +the outside number and then I press TRASNFER, when I hear the other person I hung up. But 1st caller remains in hold. This is the programming steps I did; (001) SPD CODE = 001 XXX XXX-XXXX ( The tel number I want to transfer the call to ) STORE END (201) For Transfer Recall Time = 12 Rings (400) For Outside Line Programming= All Outside Lines Connect. Location: Dublin Rep Power: 3 ![]() | 1. you dont use the hold button if you want to transfere to an outside line just press transfere ,pick a line dial the number then announce and then hangup. if this doesnt work then you will have to switch on the class of service to allow transfere to co . peter | ||||||||
