Red face Call transfer to an Outside Number Problem

Hello! every one

I have a Panasonic KX-TD1232, TVS50 voice mail and 4 KX-T130 phones.
I was able to program the KSU and the voice mail without much problems
except that I can't transfer outside calls to an outside tel Number.

When I received a call in CEO1, I place the caller in hold, then I press CEO3 +the outside number and then I press TRASNFER, when I hear the other person I hung up. But 1st caller remains in hold.

This is the programming steps I did;

(001) SPD CODE = 001
XXX XXX-XXXX ( The tel number I want to transfer the call to )
STORE
END

(201) For Transfer Recall Time = 12 Rings

(400) For Outside Line Programming= All Outside Lines Connect.

What else could be the problem?

Thank you for your time reading this post.

Regards

1. you dont use the hold button if you want to transfere to an outside line just press transfere ,pick a line dial the number then announce and then hangup.

if this doesnt work then you will have to switch on the class of service to allow transfere to co .

Unhappy The problem continues even with analog land lines

Thank you for your time and effort to help, but I have the same problem with analog lines, I changed the CO input to Line 1 into Co input 1 and
line 2 into CO 3 and I get the same eco.
