CallerID for KX-TEB308

How can I configure for callerID on KX-TEB308?
Exts call another Ext is allright, but incoming call
(I have set 900, 150 and 910 FSK)
pls help me someone!

Oh, I haven't got a KX-TE82493. Sorry. I thought the KX-TEB is ALL in one.

I'll bet English isn't your first language. That means you are not in the United States as your profile says. Here in the U.S., our TA-308 didn't have maintenance software and the TA-824 comes with the software.

Try posting again with the correct country and maybe someone else can tell you how to get the proper help.

e10, do you have a cid card in the system, 1 card per 3 co lines over here it is extra. if you do then you have to turn it on in prog 900
