Cool KX-TA308(NZ) SMDR Outgoing not working
I'm trying to log outgoing (Ext --> CO) calls via SMDR on the RS 232 port.
Incoming calls are being logged fine. Outgoing SMDR call logging is turned on, but no output is appearing on the port.

Is there another parameter/s that need/s to be turned on?

I saw reference to a parameter that sets the time before a call is logged elsewhere on this forum, but can't find any reference to such a parameter for this model pBX.

Anyone have any ideas? TIA

if your CO lines provide Polarity Reversal, you need to enable P.R detection by prog 424, If NOT then you have to set "call duration count start time" prog 204..

Do you try first by HyperTerm before ?
does the SMDR showing in the Screen ?

if the time counter starts in ur display of ur phone than only outgoing call will be printed in smdr. check the reversal pol. prog.
