Location: UAE (United Arab Emirates) Rep Power: 3 ![]() | TDA 600 Extension Plan problem hi to every one I am going to install Panasonic KXTDA 600 PBAX with the Expansion shelf KXTDA 620 in hotel. IN this i have 14 floors and each floor having 14 rooms means 196 total rooms. All Extension are analog. Cusstomer wants the Extension number should be same as the room number.eg Room NO 101 Extn 101. If i use 3 digit Extn number then i can configure only up to 9 th floor. At 10 th floor what should ber the Extesion number. So tried the 4 digit Extension plan, SO for Room No 101 Exten 1101.Now here my problem starts at floor number 11th,bcoz i have already given the Extn no1101 at first floor. I hope so i have explained the problem properly and suggestion regarding this issue will really apperciated. Thanks in Advance

Some hotels here would number their rooms 1 - 196, others number them with the floor number followed by a straight run of 1 - 14 on each floor. Which scheme does your hotel follow?

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Iqbal The best solution could be the one proposed by sncsnc , provided that you have to assign a digit other than 0 ZERO to call the operator , and it is very common in Panasonic to use 9 for operator, and your room numbering will be from "0101-0114 ,0201-0214,.....,1401-1414".Here the first 2 digits will be the floor number, and the other 2 digits will be the room number.
