TD500 TIE Line and TIE Line Connection

I am trying to connect two PBX's by Tie Line connection, as it is described in document "feature guide".

In "Other PBX" I put 2, in TIE table I fill in "2XX" leading digits.

According to that if I dial 2000, call will go via TIE line to another PBX.
But in fact my TD500 is sending only first 3 digits (200), ignoring the last one.

What shall be done in order all 4 digit to be passed? Anyone saw such a problem?

Thanks in advance

Try striping the 2 on an outgoing and adding a 2 to incoming in line settings
[DID/TIE] Digits to delete
0 - 16 digits (Default: 0)
Specifies the number of digits to be deleted from the number received from theDID/DID(ISDN)/other PBX via TIE lines.
- [DID/TIE] Number to be added
Max. 8 digits consisting of 0-9 (Default: Blank)
Specifies the number (1 to 8 digits) to be added to the number received from theDID/DID(ISDN)/other PBX via TIE lines

To sncsnc> no I have no issue with incoming calls so all above is not needed... simply while I am dialing for ex. 2000, the TIE table is analysing only first 3 digit and the last one is lost..this the issue..It will be easy if I lost first one, which is known...I can add him back.. but the last one is lost and no way to restore him...

But the issue is that all 4 digit must be processed according the document.. so it is either bug of my software version of PBX or I do not not what else can be
