Panasonic DBS308 Cant get into programming mode? I purchased a Panasonic DBS 308 Key system (VB-42010) on ebay; it came with a vb-42210 phone for programming. I downloaded some manuals from the web (the appear to be the right ones) and I find instructions to put it into programming mode thus: Use attendant stations (I presume this is extensions 10,11, the first (blue/white pair) and 3rd pair on the 25pair connector), then hit: ON/OFF; PROG; # #; then a One-Touch key. As soon as I hit the first # button, the phone starts giving me a busy signal. I can confirm I'm on the blue/white pair, the phones seem to work OK, but I cannot get it into programming mode. Some have suggested that I MUST have a display phone. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help... -- Skaterdad |
