Hi there everyone my company has purchased a KX-TD 1232 & a TVA-50 everything is all set for the most part that is... I would like to be able to set the number of rings or time that it takes for the voice mail to pick up on certain users. I have the DOS software & the windows programmator software for the 1232. I also have the windows software for the TVA-50
I've looked in the manuals. This is my first PBX other than talkswitch which is highpriced and the hardware sucks. In any case any one know how to change the number of rings?

Hi,
You should change the call forwarding time in CMD 202 default is 3 rings. P128 Prog Manual. Be aware about CMD 114,117,602,990 area 5 as well.

hi
if voice mail is anwering the call then change the intercept time by default it is 15 seconds neaar about 3 rings.
If it is not answerded by the voicemail then you should make the changes in the 200 series program .
