Connect to KX-TA824
Setup a new TA824 last week with the maintenance console software running on an old computer that just died over the weekend. This morning I popped in a 2x8 expansion card into the system, loaded the software onto a new laptop, and now can't connect via USB! I have the correct password, but am getting this error: "The system password is wrong." and then code (00373402H)

Any thoughts? Thanks.

check password
Make sure you are filling the proper password.if this problem again come check whether your USb cable and maintenance cosole software is properly installed. I found the same problem then i found it was fault in USB cable.
I know my answer is awkward just check this thing.

are you sure can programm TA from USB ? which software U Use to ?

kindly double check the setup and try to reset the pabx to default and try the programming procedure again via usb.if same problem arises,try to program it via phone.
