KX TD1232 Question - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

Hi guys,
This is my first post. I've inherited a KXTD1232 and while I'm happy doing the basic functions such as setting up mail boxes etc, I've been asked my first awkward question. When a user rings the main number, which is the switchboard, they get a answerphone message asking them to select various options by pressing keys on their telephone. Can somebody point me in the right direction to add another key to the system to select a new option.

look in custom dialing don't make the the tvs/p/m/a answer with the auto attendant initially use custom service 1
