Extension to Extension call Block

I have instlled Kxtda 100 system it is working fine. My requirement is like that certain Extensions shuold not make call to other specific Extension,but they can make call to ouside and rest of other extensions. is there any possibility for it in panasonic if not in which model this is possible and which brand.

put the ext in separate COS and then in system cos internal call block, block the cos from the other.

I have done that in TD500 pbx.
I assigned some extensions to one tenant and the other extension to another tenent, then I restrict calls from TN -A to TN-B while allowing calls from TN-B to TN-A
