Call Centre

Can we create a call centre option in the Panasonic system. My requirement is like that
When call comes in it is attended by the voicemail.If caller dial the Ext number it will directly goes to Ext. IF all the lines of the receptionist are busy it should say dial 1 for listen the Events
2 fro the news and
3....
4.....
basic installtion of the voicemail i know it very well only rhimg the music when all the operator extension are busy.
any one having idea about it.

you are talking about multilple selectable RADS and interflow like on the mitel ! unlikley

You Can Do This Only If You Ring A Group Then On Busy Overflow To Vm And Setup The Personal Custom In Vm And Give Them Options In That To Other Custom Menus.
