Unhappy how to restrict account code for kx-tda100
Still have problem for me.

Could you tell me please why I setting accout code for kx-tda100 it 's not work properly. cus I don't know accout code I can call outside by CO line. How to restrict the accout code?

don't use account code. you have to use toll restriction with verified code and verified code pin. Ex: put ext in cos 2 in toll restriction 2 enter in what you want to block. in verified code put in lets say 12, in the verified code pin put in 34. Now when you put in code 1234 you can dial out.

Dear RUV,

I follow you before but when I dail *49 + 1234 + # + 9 + phone number can call but I still have problem why I press any number *49 + any number + # + 9 + number still can call out. How to restrict it for that. If we verify 12 and 34. Only 1234 can call out. Any number can not call.

Could you guide me please!

because you are not doing toll restrictions. you have to restrict the ext in class of service. that way only the people who know the codes can call out.

Check all the above setting then check weather international dialing is blocked or not . let me know then i will tell you the procedure fro the account code.

use pm or email for screen shots of proprietary software the tda is not
an end user product here in the USA!!!!
