Unhappy KX-TDA100 Alarm Indicator Turns On Red

This is my first install TDA100 for a small hotel, every thing goes fine after programming using PT. When I switched off and reboot system back on again for commissioning test, the Alarm indicator on the front of the shelf turns on Red and system continue working normally for 2 days from now. Any one know how to fix this?

Also found that the Operator can't set Wake-up call feature (Time reminder *76*) whereby all the extensions can. I dont have any TDA utlity software.

Could be the SMDR is unplugged, also you can goto under the software once connected, go to errors and then check why it is coming on. The error log will only show if you are not manipulating or viewing PBX data, in other words once you connect and it loads dont open anything.

Alaram Indication

There may be only 2 reason.
1. Clear all the error log files under the utility tab.Plz make sure you remove both the minor and major errror. before clear it check is there any critical errors there. If it is only disconnect and DC power down then no problem clear it.
2.If it still remains ON then go to the maitenance and disabled the SMDR under the print option by default it is on.
Thanks

Thank you all for responding... Currently I don have any TDA utility application to do with Error Logs for Alarm Indication.

As for Timed Reminder on Operator, I have tried some of your suggestions still no luck. I am thinking of a fresh redo/ initialise the system, any ideas would be great...
