Red face Integrate a predictive dialer into a TDA200 system??

Hi all ,

First off I want to thank you all for such a great forum . I have learned a lot of useful info so far.

Now to my question. I currently am using a TDA200. I am in love with its rock solid performance and scalabilty, but how do I integrate predictive dialer software into this system? I want a simple set up, just for it to dial out and connect the calls to my agents. The catch is I want it to do this using the lines on my TDA200 and also to the TDA200 extensions and panasonic phones. Sounds like a simple request, but after a month of searching I cant get an answer . Anyone ever use predictive dialing with a TDA200? any and all help is much appreciated. Any other options ?

All the best,

Sami

I am sorry for being so vauge. I havent really settled on any paticular software. I guess my biggest problem is trying to verbalize exactly what I want. Heres a list,

1.) I want it to integrate with my TDA200. Meaning I want it to be able to use the same outgoing lines, have the capability to transfer lines with in the TDA200 extentions, and use the KXT series phones.

2.) Really what I want is to have 4-6 agents on the predictive dialer harvesting leads, and then to be able to transfer those calls to 18-20 "Closers" on the TDA200 system.

is this just wishfull thinking? Am I just pulling at thin air?

We have used predictive dialling with the TDA200, we use the TAPI inteface and have used custom made software to dial from a database. It Gives you a wrap up time and then makes the next call. You use the log in and out on the phone to start the software. We used it for a call centre that was using crims to do telemarketing. So basically the phone does the dialling for them.
