Thanks for replying, first of all I apologize because I really don´t understand all the technical stuff, I actually own the pbx but don´t do service on it, last saturday afternoon someone was playing with it and like I said before now, whenever there is an incoming call every single extension rings and the calls can be answered from every extension as well, thanks once again for replying and I will take your advice about setting a password once I solve this.
