After connecting the KX-TEM824 to the printer for the first time, , what is the procedure to print SMDR?

It's scary to even think of how you connected the serial port to the Laser, but you might try capturing the data on your computer and printing it as needed. Try www.mft.com/phonelogger for a free program that will log calls in the background.

why not try to use the Hyper Terminal Setup? It save paper and you don't need to print if not needed. just for monitoring this is good, even you can used un old PC is fine
