1232 trouble

Hi folks,

I have a very rare trouble whit panasonic 1232 pbx, when I delete account codes (105) they still work can and make calls whit the deleted account.

some body know why the KXTD1232 validate a deleted account code?

Just because the code is or is not there, doesn't mean it is even checked

Check the COS for the extension, and the restrictions in 508 for how the account code is used.

please check the COS and how the account code is used for making the call.After checking the setting better to restarat the system.

after deleting the account codes,check the COS and if it is programmed correctly on how the application of the account code is.check if it is verify-all,verify-toll.
