Anybody knows how to reset the answering voice in KX-TA308?

My problem is when the PABX receives an outside call, there is a voice that will receice the call informing the caller to dial directly if he/she knows the extension number or just wait then it will forward to the operator.

I dont have the manual on this model KX-TA308 PABX system. It has 3 CO and 8 extensions. The master telephone is also not working anymore. All we use are standard telephone.

I just need the PABX to ring all extensions (one to eight) when there's an outside call in any CO (one to three).

I just got the unit from my sister's abandoned office. I'm new on this anybody knows how? Please help.

ortreb these files a 6 megs each ! looks like you are out of luck
and I don't know how helpful the USA version will be 4U with or with
out a programing phone in the P.I.!!

hi
Plese connect KXt7730 phone to jack number 1
To record a message
When phone is on hook
dial 9 lift the handset dial 1 for OGM(out going message)or 2 after confirmation tone record a message press store after that.
again confirmation tone
To play back
dial 9 3 for the message 1
4 for message 2
To ring all the extension
go to programming mode
press star# 1234
408
it will display flexible ringing
press Sp phone
display co no
press star
Press mute and change it to enable after press store
again press volume button to right hand side and make it enable.this is nothing but the extension on which you want the ringing,

if the main Proprietary is not working then there's no way for you to program it. What you need is the programing software and a PC, to work on your problem. Or you have to buy a new Proprietary Unit. Then I can help you.

i think there is only one option for the programming of kxta 308 through the properitary phone.
If any one else know other method let me know that.

one way that i can help you is 6to reset the system so that all phones will ring and the outgoing mesage will be erased.open the pabx then turn it on.you will see a switch at the right side, switch it then press the little button beside it.let it blink for 2 seconds then switch it back again.all parameters will be set to default and all the extensions will ring.it is the easiest way since you dont have a proprietary telephone.ok.
