KXTD 1232 Hunt Group to VM - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

Hope someone can help us with this request.

We have a RING hunting group with around 6 extensions. What we would like to do is if no one from the hunt group answers after say 10 rings that it will go to voicemail. The extensions must ring simultaneously

Is this possible?

so you want it to ring the group ten times and go to a group mailbox? or
to a custom dialing menu?

Yes, that is exactly what we need to do. Preferably to a group mailbox, however I have no experience in configuring group mailboxes on this system.

you can have a group mailbox but you will not be able to have
personal mailbox as well.

first of all make the hunt group for the incoming call to be land at 10 Exts.
Go to program no 602and define the group
Go to the program no 203 and set it to 50 seconds
After that go to the program no 409 intercept routing and put the Ext group number which you have assigned in the the mail box or other wise voice mail Ext. No

also make the one Ext by going in to the program no 813
